June 2026 holds three sweeps on the same query set, not one. They returned 349,424 exposed AI services on , 320,506 on , and 245,111 on . Each was accurate on the day it ran. The Exposure Prevalence Index plots the latest sweep in a month, so its June point is the reading.
The sweep (320,506 exposed AI services) is reported inside State of AI Agent Security: A Surface in Migration rather than as a standalone exposure-sweep entry. That figure is a measurement of and stands as published.
A later sweep supersedes an earlier one rather than correcting it. How a sweep is dated and counted.
